TradeSpace was designed by small contractors for small contractors.
TradeSpace was the brainstorm of our two co-founders, Daniel Delgado & Jordan Tetreau. Daniel runs an engineering company and Jordan owns a general contracting company. The two friends would often meet to discuss projects and ways to generate more business for each other. It didn’t take long for inspiration to strike.
Daniel and Jordan’s solution for success was to foster a collaborative community tailored for the construction and manufacturing industry. To bring other independent contractors and small businesses together under one roof, with professional offices that could be combined with warehouse storage.
TradeSpace’s growth strategy is what we call the “in-house” effect. We grow as our membership grows. This provides our members with the flexibility to scale their businesses without the worry of pricey overhead or long-term leases. We care a lot about each of our members’ success, so we offer a variety of special conveniences and partner perks that make doing business here a pleasure. We want TradeSpace to be the best place in Calgary for small businesses to hang their shingle.
TradeSpace is dedicated to providing a space where independent contractors and small businesses don’t just survive – but thrive! We do this by connecting our members with a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, leading to an array of opportunities for growth. When we empower Calgary’s growing businesses, we empower Calgary’s entire economy.
We are looking for new ways to improve how growing companies do business. We do this by optimizing co-working, reimagining networking and collaborating strategically. Using these methods, we aim to introduce an innovative concept of networking and collaboration, which brings people together in their own workplace and has the capacity to provide turnkey solutions for larger projects. This allows our members to compete with bigger corporations.
Everything we do is centred around how we can help our members achieve their goals.
