*Events held during TradeSpace hours of operation will be limited due to TradeSpace members having priority to parking.

Our event location is in our Calgary cowarehousing space, 4030 8th Street SE
Cleaning charge includes but is not limited to: vacuuming, wiping down the area, taking out the garbage/recycling, taking care of dishes in the kitchen area, and placing chairs and picnic tables back in order. All we ask of the guests is that they are respectful of the space, tidy up any garbage, and take care of any belongings.
Keep noise levels at a reasonable volume under 80 dB (if the event is during business hours) to respect others in the space.
Members do have access to their spaces 24/7, however, we always notify members when there is an event in the garden and make sure they know to keep away from the event area!
We do have light switches for the garden area that can be turned on and off, however, we do ask that the warehouse lights in the back stay on for members!
No restrictions. Guests may bring in catering, and/or have food delivered to the space!
Alcohol is allowed, but a liquor license must be present for the duration of the event. (license can be applied here)
Weekdays: After 6 PM - 2 AM
Weekends: All Day - 2 AM
No pets are allowed in the event space.
Regardless of the duration of the event, charges will be applied on an hourly basis for the time you occupy the space, which includes setup hours.
